Join us for hands-on, step-by-step instruction from published experts as you design and execute a systematic review search strategy from start to finish in a small-group environment. This course is designed for library and information professionals.
During the two-day course, participants learn to:
- Design a systematic review search strategy based on current guidelines and best practices
- Manage a systematic review project
- Demonstrate how to report search methods
Instructors:
Course instructors have completed 130+ systematic review literature searches and received authorship credit for 27+ published reviews in journals such as Chest, Stroke, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the Journal of Neurosurgery. Course content was developed with Susan A. Fowler, MLIS, who has taught similar courses for MLA and co-authored book chapters on designing effective systematic review search strategies.

Participants who attend the full two-day course can earn 14 MLA CE Credits!
